  • Food Grade endless conveyor belt, apart from having long life is also washable and easy replaceable type.
  • Both conveyor speed and tablet feed is adjustable.
  • Extra large hopper for less frequent replenishing, having holding capacity of about 25kg ~ 30kg.
  • Hopper Height is vertically adjustable with a knob.
  • Tablet level in the hopper is easily visible to the operator.
  • Smooth motion to the conveyor due to double ball bearing guide roller .
  • Magnification of defect on tablets using magnifying glass & illumination.
  • Physical contact of tablets can be avoided using vacuum pickup arrangement.
  • Recommended only for defect detection manually of any shape tablets with adequate hardness.
  • Foot switch arrangement for immediate stoppage of conveyor belt when defective tablets are identified by inspector.
