  • Applicable to Band seal hard gelatin capsules through a film of sealing solution
  • Fixed Sealing speed – 3000 caps/hr
  • Capsules from size 00 to size 4 can be handled by replacing a few simple accessories. Size change over avg. time – 15 mins
  • Thermostat controlled side drawer powered by a variable speed stepping motor
  • Sealing disc rotation & cooling disc movement controlled by a special stepping motor at 1600 steps per revolution assisted by pneumatic servomechanisms.
