Rota-Head is a unique product used specifically to increase the tool life. Where wear is observed onto the neck area of the shape punch sets on one side, hence leading to replacing the whole punch set for that localized wear pattern on the neck region. To eliminate this wear the neck area is made to rotate along with the head continuously so that a even wear takes place all over the neck area rather than a localized region.

The same also results into a very smoother and quieter compression cycles. Also the press can be operated at much higher speeds in turn giving higher production outputs.

The head can also be made of different material, which can be of much harder material than the body material, so that the wear can totally be eliminated.
