It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, products, services related to product installation and management, production and inspection processes.

QA starts right from the Design Stage where the Failure Testing is done on the software platform i.e., Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) is done on the toolings, the operation of a product until it fails. This exposes many unanticipated weakness in the product, and the data is used to drive design, the engineering and manufacturing process improvements.

The company-wide quality approach places an emphasis on four aspects:-

• Elements such as controls, job management, adequate processes, performance and integrity criteria and identification of records
