Parle Elizabeth provides the tablet tool checker, to ensure & inspect critical dimensions of dies /punches as per the global standard, EURO/TSM etc. It also helps to Monitor deviations in dimensions due to usage of tool over a passage of time.
Proper checking of toolings before setting the machine for tablet compression saves on downtime of machine and also prevents accidental losses that may take place in case non standard tooling are used. Digital features are added for more stringent quality requirements.

Digital dial gaugeIt is used in conjunction with bench comparator and has Least Count of 0.01mm. The pointer anvil is used for checking die concentricity and cup depth, whereas the ball anvil is used for checking punch concentricity and overall length.

V blockIt is used for holding punches and dies for checking their concentricity using dial gauge and bench comparator.

Die OD gauge
These are used for checking inner diameter of the turret die pockets and are supplied with incremental steps from 0.01mm to 0.10mm starting from standard die OD. Standard supply for D, B & BB type & tooling.

For measurement of punch tip diameter 0-25mm and for inspection of punch body and head diameter and also for die OD and height – 25-50mm.

Radius gauge
These are used for measurement of radius of concave punches and tablets and are supplied in sizes 1mm to 7mm / 7.5mm to 15mm / 15mm to 25mm.

Die bore plug gauge
It is used for checking die bore as per tools specifications – B / D /BB.
Standard supply – 6mm Round shape, for shaped tools - on request.

It is precision machined jig for checking of any shape tooling for their concentricity. Supplied for D & B type of tooling.
