We have a motivated composite team of young educated personnel armed with degrees from reputed institutes like IIMs, IITs and engineering colleges and well experienced engineers with vast experience in marketing / sales and servicing of capital equipments. Continuous interactions among them on technical and commercial aspects coupled with theoretical and practical training at our principals’ locations abroad as well as on the job training on installed machines in India ensure prompt replies and assistance to customers’ requirements. The team is further divided into Product Managers, Customer Care Managers, Key Account Managers, Service Engineers and Sales Co-coordinators to support our customers on 24x7 basis.
